Otey is a young chiweenie. He is only about 6 months old. He was turned into a high kill shelter because his owner was allergic to him. A shelter is not a good place for a little puppy to be, so Otey came to live with us in rescue. He is an adorable little guy who loves everyone! He is crate trained and potty pad trained. He is quiet and yet playful. He has a wonderful, cute, happy personality. He is also quite smart. To adopt this cute little fella, an application and home visit is required.
